Membership

Membership of the Council is open to motoring clubs incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 whose constitution is consistent with the Council’s objects, particularly the restoration, preservation and use of historic and collectable vehicles.

All member clubs are entitled to a maximum of two delegates per club with only one vote per club. Delegates may not represent more than two member clubs at any one time.  The Council’s management committee, elected from and by member club delegates, is responsible for managing the Council’s affairs.

Clubs whose constitution does not meet the Council’s eligibility requirements may become Associate Members. These clubs may still appoint delegates as above; however these delegates do not have voting rights, nor can they be elected to the management committee.
