The Council of Motoring Clubs of WA will collect information from its member clubs.

This information will be updated regularly and held in a secure manner by the Council.  The information held will relate only to:

• Office bearers of the member clubs,
• Membership fees paid and the number of individual members,
• Postal and telephone contact of member clubs,
• Electronic mail addresses of member clubs,
• Number of vehicles and concessionally licensed vehicles owned by club members,
• Number of impromptu runs registered by club members with Code 404 licensed vehicles, 
• Number of club members registering impromptu runs.  

The Council provides a referral service to the public who wish to make contact with a motoring club. Information concerning Council membership will be made available to prospective members and interested parties consistent with the objects of the Council. If any member club does not wish the Council to disclose its contact details it should advise the Secretary of this fact. 

The Council will not sell lists of members or contact details to commercial organisations. The Council will only provide member club information held by the Council to external private organisations or groups after consultation with the member club and only if the information provided promotes or enhances the activities of the member club.
